Stuffed Dates with Spiced Coconut Filling

Ingredients:

  • 10 fresh dates (pitted)
  • ½ cup desiccated coconut
  • 1 tsp Chohan’s cardamom powder
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp chopped almonds or pistachios (optional)

Method:

  1. In a bowl, combine the desiccated coconut, cardamom powder, and honey to form a smooth paste.
  2. Carefully stuff each date with the coconut mixture.
  3. If desired, sprinkle with chopped almonds or pistachios for added texture and crunch.
  4. Tip: Chill the stuffed dates for 10 minutes before serving to enhance their refreshing taste!
