Mughlai Lamb Karhai
An exceptional lamb dish with a twist compared to usual lamb karhais.
Ingredients
● 1 kg lamb pieces
● 3⁄4 cup yoghurt
● 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
● 2 tsp green chilli paste
● 1 tsp garam masala powder
● 1.5 tsp salt
Directions
1. Marinate the lamb with all the ingredients and let it sit for 2 hours.
2. Heat 4 tbsp ghee in a pot or karhai.
3. Add the marinated lamb and cook on high heat for 5 minutes.
4. Reduce heat to low and let the meat cook in its own juices.
5. Once the meat is tender, increase heat until the ghee rises to the top.
6. Serve with fresh rotis.
