Mince Roulade
Ingredients
● 1 kg lean steak mince
● 1 tsp crushed dhania
● 4 slices bread soaked in milk
● 2 tbsp chana flour
● 1 tbsp steak spice
● 1 tbsp Aromat
● 1 tbsp crushed garlic
● 1 tbsp ground green chilli
● 1 grated onion
● 1 tsp baking powder
● Coarse black pepper and salt
● Fresh coriander
Sauce:
● 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
● 1⁄2 cup tomato sauce
● 2 tbsp chilli sauce
● Butter
Method
1. Mix the mince with all the ingredients and form into 4 logs.
2. Braise 2 tbsp chana flour in ghee.
3. Bake the roulades until all water evaporates.
4. Heat the sauce and pour it over the roulades.
5. Serve with spicy rice or vegetables. Optional: Stuff with mashed potatoes and bake.
