Masala Lamb Roast

Ingredients
● 1 tsp Chilli powder
● 1 tsp crushed chillies
● 1 tsp paprika powder
● 1 tsp red chilli paste
● 1⁄2 tsp urad
● 1⁄2 tsp white pepper
● 1⁄2 tsp lemon pepper
● 1⁄2 tsp crushed black pepper
● 1 level tsp mustard powder/paste
● 1 tsp chicken spice (optional)
● 2 tbsp lemon juice
● 1 tbsp vinegar
● 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
● 1 tsp garlic paste
● 1 tsp salt
● 2 tbsp oil
● Optional: Peri-Peri masala
● 1 tbsp chilli sauce
● 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
● 1 tsp soy sauce
● 1 tbsp tomato paste (or any other sauce)
● 1 tsp meat tenderiser
● 1⁄2 tsp extra salt
● 1⁄2 tsp extra crushed pepper


Method
1. Marinate the lamb overnight with all ingredients.
2. Bake at 180°C for 1 hour.
3. Lower the temperature to 160°C and bake for an additional 1.5 hours or until fully
cooked.
