Ingredients:
- 240 grams butter
- ¾ cup Chohans Icing Sugar
- 125 grams custard powder
- Pinch of salt
- ½ teaspoon vanilla essence
- 2 cups flour
Instructions:
- Cream the Butter and Sugar: In a mixing bowl, beat together the butter and Chohans Icing Sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy.
- Add the Dry Ingredients: Gradually add the custard powder, salt, and vanilla essence to the butter and sugar mixture. Beat until well combined.
- Incorporate the Flour: Gradually add the flour to the wet ingredients, mixing until a soft dough forms.
- Shape the Cookies: Form the dough into your desired shapes or use a piping bag with a nozzle. Place the shaped cookies on a baking sheet, leaving space between them.
- Bake the Cookies: Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 160°C for approximately 15 minutes, or until they are slightly browned and firm.
