Ingredients:

  • 240 grams butter
  • ¾ cup Chohans Icing Sugar
  • 125 grams custard powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 2 cups flour

Instructions:

  1. Cream the Butter and Sugar: In a mixing bowl, beat together the butter and Chohans Icing Sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy.
  2. Add the Dry Ingredients: Gradually add the custard powder, salt, and vanilla essence to the butter and sugar mixture. Beat until well combined.
  3. Incorporate the Flour: Gradually add the flour to the wet ingredients, mixing until a soft dough forms.
  4. Shape the Cookies: Form the dough into your desired shapes or use a piping bag with a nozzle. Place the shaped cookies on a baking sheet, leaving space between them.
  5. Bake the Cookies: Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 160°C for approximately 15 minutes, or until they are slightly browned and firm.
  6. Decorate and Enjoy: Let the cookies cool slightly before decorating them with icing, chocolate, sprinkles, or other toppings of your choice. Enjoy your delicious custard butter biscuits!
