Braai Fish
Ingredients:
- 1 whole deboned fish (with slits)
- Salt, to taste
- 1 teaspoon fish spice
- 1 teaspoon Cajun spice
- 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3 lemon slices
- Fresh dill
Sauce Ingredients:
- 125 grams butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 lemon juice
- Cajun spice and chili powder, to taste
- 1 teaspoon Chohans Peri-Peri paste
- 2-3 crushed garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
Instructions:

Season the Fish:
- Generously rub the inside and outside of the fish with the spice mixture.
- Stuff the fish cavity with lemon slices and fresh dill.

Cook the Fish:
- Wrap the seasoned fish tightly in foil.
- Grill or braai the fish until cooked through.

Prepare the Sauce:
- In a saucepan, combine the sauce ingredients.
- Whisk the mixture over low heat until it thickens.

Serve:
- Pour the prepared sauce over the cooked fish and serve immediately.
