Ingredients
250g Vermicilli
2 TBS Chohans Ghee
2 Cups Boiling Water
2 Cups Sugar
4-5 Whole Elachi Seeds
1 tsp Elachi Powder
½ Cup Desiccated Coconut
¼ Cup Milk
Method
- Heat Up the ghee and add in your vermicilli
- Mix well until vermicilli darkens
3.Turn up the heat and add in 2 cups pf boiling water,make sure the vermicilli sizzles
4.Once the wtaer burns out, add in the sugar, elachi powder, elachi seeds and coconut
- Add in 1 TBS of ghee (Optional)
- Thereafter add in the milk
7.Leave on low but make sure the vermicilli doesn't dry out
Drizzle nestle cream and garnish with slized almonds
