Saucy Chicken

Ingredients
● 2 chickens
● 1 can tomato purée
● 2 tsp garlic paste
● 2 tbsp mayonnaise
● 2 tsp fresh ground red chilli
● 2 tsp red chilli paste
● 2–3 tsp paprika
● 1 tsp white pepper
● 1 tsp crushed black pepper
● 1 tsp lemon pepper
● 125g butter
● Fresh cream (as needed)

Method
1. Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients.
2. Place the chicken in a pot and slice the butter over it.
3. Cook on low heat, adding fresh cream halfway through.
