Mince Frikkadel

Ingredients:
- 700 g ground beef mince
- 1 onion, peeled and finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 4 slices stale white bread, soaked in milk and squeezed dry
- 1 tablespoon finely grated garlic
- ½ teaspoon chili powder
- 1 egg
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix thoroughly. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Remove the mixture from the fridge and shape it into round balls, then gently flatten them slightly.
- Heat a large frying pan over medium-high heat and shallow fry the frikkadels until golden brown on both sides.
- Serve hot with your favorite side dishes.
