Mince Frikkadel

Ingredients:

  • 700 g ground beef mince
  • 1 onion, peeled and finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 4 slices stale white bread, soaked in milk and squeezed dry
  • 1 tablespoon finely grated garlic
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 egg

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix thoroughly. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  2. Remove the mixture from the fridge and shape it into round balls, then gently flatten them slightly.
  3. Heat a large frying pan over medium-high heat and shallow fry the frikkadels until golden brown on both sides.
  4. Serve hot with your favorite side dishes.
