Simple Pani Puri Recipe by Chohans Spice:

1. Puri Perfection:

• Fry Chohans Puri until golden (quantity as desired).
• Gently tap to create a hole.
• Store in an airtight container.

2. Aamlie Adventure:

• Soak 3 tbsp red Aamlie (tamarind) in warm water.
• Strain, season with a pinch of salt, and 1 tbsp Chohans Green Chilli paste.

3. Minty Madness:

• Grind a handful of mint and dhania (coriander) leaves.
• Add 2 tsp lemon juice and water.
• Season with 1/2 tsp salt and a pinch of pepper.

4. Aloo Fiesta:

• Boil and cube 4 potatoes.
• Add a tin of channa (chickpeas), 1 tbsp green chilli paste, and a sprinkle of chopped dhannia.
• Season with 1 tsp salt.

Assembly Extravaganza:

• Spoon a teaspoon of aloo mixture into each puri.
• Pour Aamlie water and minty freshness over the top.
• Sprinkle sev (as desired), pomegranates, and optionally add chopped red onions for extra flavor.
