Grilled Masala Fish

Ingredients
- 600g white fish fillet (any firm white fish)
- 3 tbsp yogurt
- Juice of half a lemon
- 2 cloves garlic, grated
- 1-inch piece of ginger, grated
- 2-3 tbsp tandoori masala
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt, to taste
- 1 tbsp breadcrumbs

Prepare the Marinade
- In a large bowl, combine the yogurt, lemon juice, grated garlic, grated ginger, tandoori masala, and salt.
- Mix well until a thick paste forms.

Marinate the Fish
- Add the fish fillets to the bowl and coat them evenly with the marinade.
- Cover and refrigerate for 3-4 hours to allow the flavors to develop.

Prepare for Grilling
- Preheat the oven to its highest temperature.
- Uncover the marinated fish and mix in the vegetable oil and breadcrumbs for added crispiness.

Grill the Fish
- Place the fish fillets on a roasting tray.
- Grill each side for approximately 15 minutes or until the fish is cooked through and has a slight char.

Serve & Enjoy
- Remove from the oven and serve hot with lemon wedges and a side of fresh salad or naan.
