1KG Chicken wings-skin or any portion of Choice 

1 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoon Chohans Chilli Pwd

1/2 teaspoon CHohans Black Pepper

1/2 teaspoon fine white pepper

2eggs

1tbl Chohans Sojee Wheat

MARINATE CHICKEN WITH ALL THE ABOVE INGREDIENTS FOR A FEW HOURS IN FRIDGE

 

CRUMB MIX

1/2 CUP FLOUR

1/2 CUP CHOHANS BREAD CRUMBS 

50G CHOHANS HOT WING SPICE

 

DIP MARINATED CHICKEN IN CRUMB MIX AND SHALLOW FRY 

IN HOT OIL TILL GOLDEN BROWN ON BOTH SIDES.

PLACE FRIED CHICKEN ON OVEN TRAY AND COVER WITH FOIL.

BAKE 0N 108 FOR +-1/2 HOURS TILL DONE 

SERVE WITH SWEET CHILLI SAUCE
